  1. Full-Time Employment Contract: This is our traditional contract, we employees work for the Connect on a permanent basis. They typically receive a regular salary, benefits, and are expected to work a set number of hours per week.

  2. Part-Time Employment Contract: At Connect part-time employees work fewer hours than full-time employees. Part-time contracts offer flexibility to the employee to use their time for personal or academic needs.

  3. Zero-Hours Contracts: These contracts provide employees with the flexibility to work as needed by the Connect Provider without guaranteeing a set number of hours. They are often used for casual or on-call positions.
